From theory to practice: implementing business English at work
In this workshop, we will look at the communication skills that are needed in the modern business world, how we can help students to put them into practice, and how we can encourage them to create an effective learning cycle. We will also discuss the topics of authentic versus textbook language and English as a Lingua Franca. And we will look at results from the 2017 Business Spotlight survey of business English needs.
