We are looking for a freelance or part-time InCorporateTrainer®™ to support our clients with F2F training based in Bamberg, Germany. Onsite language training will support the local rollout of the client’s global IT platform, aimed at harmonizing logistics and production at factories and warehouses worldwide, and the migration of SAP R3 to S4hana. The position will involve up to 2 full days of training per week and could begin as soon as June 2025.
You will be running 1-to-1 and group sessions onsite at 2 plants. Beyond this, you will be asked to run ad hoc on-the-job language training for individuals facing specific work-related tasks and challenges. Training sessions are scheduled directly between you and the participants and run during working hours. The two weekdays when training will take place are yet to be confirmed.
The ideal applicant will have a teaching qualification and 4 years’ experience. This should include Business English teaching in a corporate environment.
Please note: Candidates must already have the necessary permissions to work legitimately within the EU, and these must be provided with an initial application for it to be considered. We can also offer some support to a suitable candidate looking to relocate to Bamberg for the role, from within Germany/EU.
