The Cambridge Institut, located in the heart of Munich directly at Odeonsplatz, was founded in 1961 and is an extremely renowned language school for English and the largest examination centre in Northern Europe for the globally recognised language certificates of the University of Cambridge. In addition, the Cambridge Institut cooperates internationally with about 50 universities and professional associations as an independent examining body. It is characterised by its professional competence and high-quality standards in all three areas of work.

Your tasks:

– Administrative tasks in German and English (min. CEF C1 level)

– Customer advice and support for language courses and examinations

– Support and acquisition of corporate clients

– Contact person for lecturers and examiners

– Administration and coordination of training and seminars

– Administration of online portals (CMS and learning platforms)

– Support with the introduction of a new CRM

– Invoicing and auditing

– Office management

Your profile:

– Successfully completed(s)

o Commercial training or

o Studies in the field of business administration or

o Studies in English language and literature

o or similar

– Excellent knowledge of English and German

– High degree of personal responsibility

– Cultural affinity with Great Britain

– Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

– Customer- and sales-oriented action and thinking

– Structured and forward-looking way of working

– Quick perception, high degree of accuracy and independence

– Team orientation, very good communication skills

– Convincing and confident appearance with a likeable charisma
