Monika Lukas works as a freelance Business English Trainer and Communication Coach in the beautiful region of the Allgäu in the South of Germany. During her many years of providing English training (20) she has proven to constantly adapt to the demands, starting with general English, then business English and currently business communication coaching. Teaching business English she discovered that she can support her clients not only by providing the correct English phrases but also working on their soft skills. Thus, she developed a passion for clear and constructive communication strategies and acquired a certification in NLP as well as in Fierce Communication by Susan Scott.
